Chorizo Red Wine Reduction


    • 220g Chorizo
    • 10ml Red Wine
    • 5ml Worcestershire Sauce
    • 25ml Balsamic Vinegar
    • 20ml White Wine Vinegar
    • 25g Light Brown Sugar


    • Cook the Chorizo on a medium heat until its got a little colour.
    • Add in the rest of the ingredients, bring to the boil before reducing by half.
    • Season once the sauce has thickened and enjoy with bread to dip.


Salt & Pepper Padron

    • Pan fry Padron Peppers until they are starting to soften.
    • Transfer Peppers to a mixing bowl and season to taste with Salt and Pepper Seasoning.

    • 1 tbsp Sugar
    • 1 tbsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Thai 7 Spice
    • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
    • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
