Pea & Parsley patties

Ingredients:
  • 100g frozen peas (pour some boiling water and soak for 5-7 minutes
  • 10g parsely finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Shallots finely chopped
  • 50g yoghurt
  • 70g self raising flour
  • 150 mushy peas @bachelors
  • 25g Breadcrumbs
  • 25g grated cheese
  • Oil for cooking
  • Half tsp garam masala (Optional) 

Method:

  • In a pan heat some oil on low heat
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
  • The mixture will be slightly sticky, make golf size balls pressing a little and place them into the oil
  • After 1 minute, press down slightly with a spatula
  • Cook both sides until nice and golden
  • Serve immediately with a mint yoghurt dip, sour cream or a chilli sauce!
