Ingredients:

1 cup orzo

1 cup cooked chicken

450ml veg stock

1/4 cup bbq sauce

1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 tsp lazy garlic
Method:
- Heat oil in a medium saucepan on a medium heat, once hot add your onion and garlic and cook until onion is softened
- Add your orzo and stir until coated in the oils and then add in your stock and bbq sauce
- Keeping stirring occasionally and then when your stock is about half way absorbed add in your chicken, keep stirring until the stock is completely absorbed, the orzo is cooked and the chicken is piping hot
