Ingredients:
- 100g frozen peas (pour some boiling water and soak for 5-7 minutes
- 10g parsely finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 Shallots finely chopped
- 50g yoghurt
- 70g self raising flour
- 150 mushy peas @bachelors
- 25g Breadcrumbs
- 25g grated cheese
- Oil for cooking
- Half tsp garam masala (Optional)
Method:
- In a pan heat some oil on low heat
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well
- The mixture will be slightly sticky, make golf size balls pressing a little and place them into the oil
- After 1 minute, press down slightly with a spatula
- Cook both sides until nice and golden
- Serve immediately with a mint yoghurt dip, sour cream or a chilli sauce!
